PAF Project (Pasos Aéreos de Fauna)

A new way to “move” safely

The project’s primary objective is to identify the routes used by wildlife, where accidents occur, and to find vulnerable areas to reestablish safe passage through the installation of wildlife bridges.

Man-Made Bridges

Installing Wildlife Bridges over roads, buildings, and or interrupted canopy increases animals’ survival rate.

How you can contribute

  1. Report if an animal is at risk of electrocution, animal attack, or fall.
  2. Identify areas where wildlife could benefit from a Monkey Bridge.
  3. Identify routes used by Monkeys where trees have been cut down or roads have been built.
  4. Contact Salvemonos and provides us with specific information such as location, pictures, or videos and a description of what you have observed.
